You can introduce as many friends as you like and receive a gift for each friend who joins Sky TV. Some gifts are limited to one per household. If this is the case, we will offer you an alternative.

Will my friends know I've invited them to join Sky TV?
Yes, your name will appear on the invitation email they receive. You will see on the website the email your friend will receive.

When your friend's Sky TV has been installed and their first subscription payment has been confirmed, we'll arrange the delivery of your £50 M&S vouchers. Usually these will arrive within about 14 days, but please allow up to 30 days.

What if my gift fails to arrive?
If your friend has joined Sky TV and paid their first subscription payment, and your vouchers don't arrive within 30 days, please email your name, postcode, email address (the one you used when you referred your friend) and Sky account number to iafqueries@bskyb.com and we'll look into this for you.

Is there an alternative to the advertised gift?
Unfortunately, no. You will be supplied with the gift applicable to the offer you took up. If there is a choice of gift, you will select your gift when you refer your friend and submit your details.
