Change your contact details

If any of your contact details change, such as your name, telephone number, postal or email address, please let us know as soon as possible so we can stay in touch with you. You'll find the number for Sky Customer Services in the Your Account box of our Contact Us page.

If you're moving home, we can help you move your Sky equipment with as little interruption to your service as possible, and update your account details so no-one receives post or calls intended for you. You'll find details for our dedicated Home Move Team in the Moving Home section of our Contact Us page.

Change the email address associated with your Sky billing account


1. Sign into www.sky.com/mysky.
2. Follow the Edit My Sky Profile link in the Manage Profile section.
3. When the Manage Profile page opens, click Edit in the My Sky Profile Details section.
4. Enter your new details and click Submit.

Manage the email newsletters you receive from Sky


You can choose which e-newsletters you subscribe to following the instructions in our guide, Change your email newsletter preferences.

  1. Where can I find my 12-digit customer number?
    This will be printed on all correspondence you've received from Sky, including your Welcome Pack. Sign into My Sky and follow the Manage your Sky Account link in the Manage Your My Sky Profile box to see this number displayed on the Billing Account homepage.
  2. I cannot remember the security phrase required to obtain a reminder of my username and password.
    Don't worry, we can help you access your Sky account. You can use our General Enquiry Form to contact Sky Customer Services and they will help you with this. Alternatively, you'll find our telephone number on the Contact Us page.
  3. I want to take over an existing Sky account.
    If you want to take over someone else's Sky account or allow someone else to take yours over, use our General Enquiry Form to contact Sky Customer Services. You can find more information about changing the ownership of an account in our Terms and Conditions pages.
  4. I want to allow someone else to access my account.
    You can set up a password to authorise access for someone else. You can use our General Enquiry Form to contact Sky Customer Services and they will help you with this. Alternatively, you'll find our telephone number on the Contact Us page.
  5. A Sky account holder is deceased, what do I do?
    You can either cancel the deceased person's account or transfer the account to your name. Please tell us your name and address, your relationship to the deceased, and their account details and have your own bank account or credit card details to hand when you call. You'll find telephone numbers and other details on our Contact Us page.
  6. How does Sky keep my personal information secure?
    Information on our Data Protection policy can be found in our Privacy Statement.
  7. I've been approached by a company selling me insurance for my Sky products.
    We are aware of other companies offering extended warranties on Sky equipment. Some of these companies actively misled customers by passing off their warranty products as being provided or approved by Sky. For more information, please see our Satellite warranties page.
  8. I've changed my name through marriage or deed poll.
    Please let Sky Customer Services know, so we can update your profile. You'll find our details here.
