We're updating your Sky viewing cards

We are currently mailing out replacement cards and will continue to send these through October and early November.

Why do I need a replacement viewing card?


From time to time we need to replace Sky viewing cards with brand new ones to ensure you receive a secure and up-to-date service.

Who will receive a new Sky viewing card?


We'll be replacing all Pay TV providers' viewing cards (including Sky subscribers) and these will automatically be sent to you through the post. Pay Once Watch Forever and Digital Switchover (DSO) Help Scheme customers will also be automatically mailed cards.

If you do not fit the criteria above, but use a Sky viewing card to access free-to-air channels, you won't automatically receive a replacement card. However, you can obtain a new card by visiting sky.com/replacecard.
