To order the package that’s right for you, just follow our step-by-step guide below.
1. Choose your products through our Sky Products pages. Don’t forget, you can take advantage of our great offers if you choose Sky Talk and Sky Broadband with your viewing package. Once you’ve chosen, a Summary page will appear to confirm your order prior to purchasing.
2. If you are ordering Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk, we will perform a DSL check on your telephone line to confirm whether you are able to receive these products.
3. Once you are ready to order, we will need to take a few details from you:
– Create your Sky iD - create your unique Sky iD username and password to enable you to manage your Sky account online, and give you access to Sky’s range of online services.
– Your contact details - enter your contact details and the address where Sky will be installed.
– Your property details – to help us with your Sky set-up, we need a few details about the property where Sky will be installed.
4. After entering your personal details, you will be taken to Set-up & payment, where you will be asked to choose a set-up date convenient for you and enter your payment details for any one-off charges and your monthly Sky subscription.
5. Congratulations, you have placed your order! You will see a confirmation page which will confirm your order details.
Upon the successful completion of your order, you will be sent an email confirming:
· Your new Sky account number
· Details of your order
· Confirmation of the installation date and address
· What will happen next based on the products you selected
· A contact telephone number should you have any questions.
