If you are ordering Sky for a property in a block of six or more flats, you can choose to call a Sky specialist or book a date/time slot (in hourly segments) for the Sky specialist to call you.
If you are going to speak to the Sky specialist, details of your basked (items selected during the ordering process, including subscriptions and hardware) will be emailed to you and the Sky specialist so they can reference these during the call.
During the call, the Sky specialist will determine whether Sky can be installed in your property. They will ask which floor of the block the property is on, and whether there is permission to install a dish.
