Using Never Miss
If you're looking for a specific programme, you can use keyword search to find it. Alternatively, you can browse through a list of titles.
Find programmes using keyword search
If you have a particular title in mind, a keyword search will be quicker. There's a search field for movies and one for TV programmes. Enter the title of the film or series you're looking for into the appropriate box and use the Go button to start searching, or wait for the suggested titles to appear and select one from that list.
Choose programmes from a list
If you prefer to browse through a list of titles, you can narrow down your choices using genre and title filters (for movies), or the title filter (for series). If you search by genre, listings will be sorter by popularity, with the films requested most often over the last seven days appearing first. If you search by title, or by genre and title, the results will be listed in alphabetical order.
Frequently asked questions
- I haven’t got a username and password for Never Miss, how do I sign in?
You can use your My Sky username and password for Never Miss, there's no need to register for this service separately. If you haven’t signed up for My Sky yet, go to www.sky.com/mysky and follow the "Sign up now" link next to the "Don't have a Sky ID?" prompt. - How do I add titles to My Notifications?
Sign in using your Sky ID, and when you find a title you would like to add, select Notify me or the + (plus) icon to submit your request.
You will see a confirmation message when the notification is successfully set, and the button will change to present your new options: Cancel or - (minus).
These allow you to delete the notification request if you change your mind.
The programme title will appear in your My Notifications list. Don't forget, this list is sorted alphabetically rather than in the order in which you selected the programmes, so if you don't see your latest choice it could be because you’ve got more than ten requests and need to flip through the listings to see your latest notification on a later page.
