Make a Payment through Sky Active

You can make a payment with your credit or debit card to reduce the amount of your next bill. This can be handy, especially if you are expecting several Sky Box Office movies, sporting events, phone calls or new equipment charges on your next bill, or are concerned about your bank account or credit card balance.

Transactions by this method will appear on your account as quick as if completed over the phone.

Make a single credit or debit card payment

You can make a payment of any amount between £1.50 / €1.50 and £999 / €999.
If you accidentally over-pay, the amount you overpaid will be deducted from your next Sky bill.

1. Press interactive on your Sky remote control.
2. Highlight Sky Active and press select.
3. Highlight Help Centre using the left/right arrows and press select.
4. Highlight Manage My Account using the up/down arrows and press select.
5. When the welcome message appears, press select to continue
6. Enter your viewing card PIN and press select to continue or back up to cancel.
7. Highlight Make Payment using the up/down arrows and press select.
8. Enter the amount you wish to pay and your credit or debit card details.
9. Once details have been submitted, press the blue button to continue.
10. To confirm the payment press the blue button again.

A letter will now be issued to confirm the change has taken place.
