Viewing Your Bills through Sky Active

You can view an up-to-date statement for your Sky account at any time using Sky Active.
You will be able to see what you have spent on your Sky products and services. You can check the amount of your next bill and keep an eye on your Sky Box Office purchases.
If you have Sky Talk, you will see an itemised telephone bill showing the duration and cost of local, national and international calls, calls to mobiles and calls to non geographic or NGN numbers, often used by call centres and businesses, beginning with codes such as 0845, 0870, 0871, 0800 and 0808.
Additional Products and Services may include your Sky equipment, installation or service visits.
Items may be listed as Amount not being requested at this time, this refers to outstanding one-off payments that are not being demanded immediately, such as seasonal tickets for certain sporting events, which are charged when the season has ended, and any charges you have queried with Sky Customer Services.

To view your bill using your Sky remote control

View your bill using your Sky remote control 1. Press interactive on your Sky remote control.
2. Highlight Sky Active and press select.
3. Highlight My Sky Account and press select.
4. Highlight Manage My Account and press select.
5. When the welcome page appears, press select.
to connect online at a freephone rate.
6. Enter your PIN when prompted and press select to continue or back up to cancel.
7. Highlight View My Sky Bill and press select.
You can now view recent transactions, your most recent bill and previous bills.
