You don’t have to do anything to get Sky Anytime if you already have a Sky+HD box, or a Sky+ box purchased after August 2005 and the relevant subscription, as you will automatically receive this service.

If you are a Sky+HD customer, press tv guide on your Sky remote control, then the "Anytime" red button in the bottom left hand corner of the TV Guide screen. Alternatively, you can access the service via the "Anytime" icon from the TV Guide top menu.

For Sky+ customers, press tv guide on your Sky remote control followed by the the "Anytime TV" red button at the bottom of the page.

Once you have accessed Sky Anytime, simply choose a programme to watch by pressing select on your remote.
