Once you have ordered Sky Broadband it will normally take up to 15 days for your broadband to go active. We will send you a letter to welcome you to Sky Broadband followed by a letter outlining your line activation date. Your Sky Broadband Wireless Router will be delivered to your door, just leaving you to set it up yourself.
