Sky TV
Choose your Sky box and arrange a time for our professional technicians to come and install it. On your agreed installation day, the Sky engineer will discuss where to put a discreet black minidish (just 60cm across) on the outside of your home, connect your equipment and show you how to use Sky TV. If you take Multiroom we’ll also install equipment in another room for you at the same time.
A standard installation usually takes no longer than one hour. Our professional installation engineers make it as quick and fuss free as possible.
All calls are based on an 'all-day call' policy. Our engineer will call with an estimated time of arrival on either the evening before the visit or before 9am on the day of the visit.
Sky Talk
No set-up or installation is needed to get Sky Talk. Just order Sky Talk and we’ll do the rest.
Sky Broadband
Once you have ordered Sky Broadband it will take up to 15 days for your broadband to go active. We will send you a letter to welcome you to Sky Broadband followed by a letter outlining your line activation date. Your Sky Broadband Wireless Router will be delivered to your door just leaving you to set it up yourself.
Setting up your Sky Broadband Router is easier than you might think:
• Simply connect it to your PC or Mac (you can connect up to four computers or games consoles all together)
• You don't need to turn your computer off or enter loads of details
